I do agree that there are lots more to share about Jakarta. The beautiful museums, cool cafes to visit, and the Ragunana Zoo. We are working on putting together Indonesia's most comprehensive cultural guide and Jakarta will have its own section with lots of info!

Jakarta has also its old ice-cream cafe...near the Istiqal Mosque (sorry forgot the name)..hey..we have more than shopping district..don't forget the Katedral n Pasar Baroe..just suggestion Dear all,
